1. 정모 앱 또는 jeongmo.app을 엽니다
2. 홈 위쪽 프로필 카드 오른쪽의 ⚙ 톱니바퀴를 눌러 프로필 화면으로 갑니다
3. 맨 아래 「로그아웃」 밑의 「계정 삭제」를 누릅니다
4. 안내를 확인하고 체크한 뒤 「계정 삭제」를 누릅니다 — 바로 지워집니다

진행 중인 조인(개설 · 신청), 정산 중인 크레딧, 처리 중인 기프트카드 교환, 진행 중인 정모가 있으면 먼저 마치거나 취소해야 합니다.

앱을 쓸 수 없을 때 — 메일로 요청

project.jeongmo@gmail.com으로 「계정 삭제 요청」을 보내세요. 가입할 때 쓴 로그인 방법(카카오 · Google · Apple · 이메일)과 앱에 보이는 이름을 적어 주시면 본인 확인 뒤 30일 안에 처리하고 결과를 회신합니다.

지워지는 것 · 남는 것

• 바로 지워짐 — 로그인 계정, 프로필(이름 · 사진), 친구 관계 · 친구 코드, 알림 기기 정보, 받은 알림, 문의 내역, 올린 사진
• 이름만 「탈퇴한 회원」으로 바뀌고 남음 — 다른 사람과 함께 친 정모 · 라운드의 점수(다른 참가자의 순위 · 결과가 바뀌지 않게), 응원 메시지 · 채팅 글
• 남은 크레딧 — 삭제와 함께 사라집니다(환불되지 않음, 삭제 화면에서 동의)
• 골프방 라이센스 구독 — 삭제와 함께 바로 해지됩니다
• 법에 따라 보관 — 결제 · 크레딧 거래 기록은 이름 없이 회계 기록으로 남습니다

Delete it yourself in the app or on the web

1. Open the JeongMo app or jeongmo.app
2. Tap the ⚙ gear on the right of the profile card at the top of the home screen
3. At the bottom, under “Sign out”, tap “Delete account”
4. Read the summary, tick the box and tap “Delete account”. Your account is deleted right away

If you have an open join (hosted or requested), credits being settled, a gift card exchange in progress, or an event that is still live, finish or cancel it first.

Can’t use the app? Ask by email

Email project.jeongmo@gmail.com with the subject “Account deletion request”. Include how you sign in (Kakao, Google, Apple or email) and the name shown in the app. We verify the request and delete the account within 30 days, then reply to confirm.

What is deleted and what is kept

• Deleted right away: your sign-in account, profile (name and photo), friends and friend code, notification device info, notifications, inquiries and photos you uploaded
• Kept with your name replaced by “Deleted member”: scores in events and rounds you played with others (so their standings and results don’t change), cheer messages and chat posts
• Remaining credits: forfeited when the account is deleted (not refunded; you agree to this on the delete screen)
• Club license subscription: canceled immediately
• Kept as required by law: payment and credit transaction records, without your name, for accounting
